OnTheGoal is an intuitive goal-centric task management tool that helps you plan your goals and stay focused on doing tasks that help achieve your goals. It is a Goal app, task app, calendar app all rolled into one.
It is built on Google’s material design principles with Kanban style cards that can be dragged and dropped. Its responsive design allows you to access this tool from any browser from any device. The complementary app for Windows, Mac and the mobile phone is underway and will be released soon.
We built this for individuals and teams who want to have clarity on their tasks and see the link between the work they do, the goals they need to focus on and the milestones they need to accomplish.
The problem often confronting us is ‘Too much to do with too little time’. The truth is all of us have the same amount of time. But then, some people accomplish what they set out to do while others stay busy but not accomplish much. Those who don’t feel accomplished fundamentally have two issues:
Setting clear goals gives a sense of purpose and a sense of direction on the activities you need to pursue. When various tasks compete for attention, having clear goals gives you the ability to choose the tasks you need to work on and those you need to let go.
This tool helps you set clear goals and gives clarity in deciding which tasks move you closer to your goal achievement and which ones don’t.
